Afterschool Science Club
For 6th-8th grade students
A unique science program for 6th-8th grade students. Activities are designed to engage students while exploring natural phenomena through science and the outdoors. This year's theme will focus on the habitats here in Coyote Point Park. Exploring the tidepools, asking questions, gathering data and drawing conslusions will be done throughout the year as youth become local "citizen naturalists." CuriOdyssey educators will respond to the students' inquiries and input, structuring the club around their needs and interests. Students will enjoy the authentic hands on science as they also develop critical thinking skills important for their future.
